We take the time to understand the proposal, the customer and the industry sector they operate in.

Unlike many other lenders we don’t exclude particular industry sectors, as we believe that even the most challenging markets contain successful and viable operators.

Neither do we focus exclusively on the value of the assets, preferring to take a view of the lending proposal as whole rather than one element to the exclusion of all others.

Whilst our approach requires resources and commitment, we appreciate that time is often of the essence and so we general revert on decisions within 24 hours.

And whilst we’re no push-over – after all we have a vested interest in ensuring our customers do not over borrow – our Credit led focus is all about doing deals rather than preventing them.
