What you can expect from us
We know how disheartening it can be to apply for a role and then hear nothing. Following application, we will review your CV and respond to you as soon as possible.
If we would like to meet you, we will ask you to come into our offices in Basingstoke to meet some of our team – usually the team manager and our HR Manager. An additional meeting may then be arranged, depending on the role, with a member of our Senior Management Team. You will also get a chance to meet some of your potential colleagues at that point.
If we want to make you an offer to join us, we will provide you with an overview of our package. Once verbally accepted, we will send you a full offer pack, which will be the beginning of your journey with us.
From that point on, we will keep in regular contact with you to confirm the pre-joining process, joining and induction information.
We recruit and select only in accordance with objective, job-related criteria and the appointed applicant will be chosen on their merits and abilities. All reasonably practicable steps will be taken to ensure that problems relating to access or equipment do not debar disabled applicants from employment.
