Sales Director Gary Thompson Discusses the Importance of Strong Broker Relationships

Asset Advantage are celebrating the launch of the most recent episode of their podcast: Asset Advantage Out Loud. The latest episode sees new Sales Director Gary Thompson invited into the studio to discuss his strategy for the sales team, and how he is putting broker relationships front and centre of his plans.

Gary Thompson joined the independent asset finance funder Asset Advantage in March 2025, with an intention to strengthen broker relationships and drive growth. Gary Thompson brought with him over 30 years’ of asset finance experience gained in senior roles at Siemens Financial Services, Key Equipment Finance and Bank of Scotland.
