Asset Advantage has concluded its 2026 Structuring Deals for Success Roadshow, delivering three well‑attended events across Manchester, London and Birmingham. The programme brought together both new and supporting brokers for a series of practical, insight‑driven sessions on how to structure successful funding proposals in today’s evolving asset finance market.
The roadshow was hosted by Gary Thompson, Sales Director. The headline presentation was delivered by Philip Knight, Credit & Risk Director, whose presentation explored debt serviceability, affordability assessment, and how to structure security to make transactions more acceptable in the current risk environment. (In London, an unavoidable absence meant the session was delivered by Gary — admittedly a “poor imitation,” but the message seemed to land regardless).
Further presentations were led by Jonty Cooke, UK Broker Manager, and Gary, who shared a range of real‑world case studies demonstrating how creative structuring and collaborative underwriting can lead to strong outcomes for brokers and their clients. Both presenters also highlighted examples of where Asset Advantage’s flexible, human‑centred approach helps deals succeed.
Interactive workshops were a highlight of the tour, featuring Michael Boland of Mill Wood Finance and Rob Cassidy of Orca Finance, who each brought practical insights, best‑practice examples, and open discussion that resonated strongly with attendees.
